What you will be doing:
As a social media specialist, you’ll manage social media accounts and implement social media strategies for our clients. You’ll work closely with our team of marketing professionals to create engaging content and increase brand awareness across various social media platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and update social media accounts on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Develop social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
Create and curate content for social media accounts, including text, images, and videos
Monitor social media accounts for comments and messages, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner
Analyse social media data and provide regular reports on performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and changes in algorithms to ensure optimal account performance

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or any related field
1-2 years of experience in social media management ( plus but not necessary)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or anyone with relevant experience
Experience with social media scheduling and analytical tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) is a plus but not necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva) (a plus but not necessary)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
