What you will be doing:
We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with solid experience to lead our SEO strategy, implementation, and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical SEO skills, excellent analytical abilities, and above average communication skills, including proficiency in speaking engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Technical SEO:
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement best practices.
Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and internal linking.
Content Optimization:
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content strategy.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Link Building:
Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all projects.
Proficiency in Speaking Engagements:
Represent the company in meetings, client presentations, and large group SEO conferences.
Deliver engaging and informative presentations on SEO trends, strategies, and results.
Training and Development:
Educate and train internal teams on SEO best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, (or any related field} or an equivalent proven experience as an SEO Specialist
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and improving organic search performance.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Additional Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as Google Analytics, or related SEO certifications.
Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO.
Experience in public speaking or presenting at conferences or big groups (a PLUS)
