  Job Summary: 

  We seek a Security Developer to develop, execute, and monitor security measures for our information systems and networks. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in cybersecurity concepts, capable of creating and implementing solid security plans, and able to explain security needs and solutions clearly.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Security Measures:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and computer systems.

  2. Security Strategy and Architecture:

  • Design and build comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and architecture.

  3. System Security Requirements:

  • Identify, define, and document system security requirements.

  • Recommend security solutions to management.

  4. Infrastructure Maintenance:

  • Configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware.

  5. Software Installation:

  • Install software that monitors systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions.

  6. Monitoring and Prevention:

  • Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.

  7. Information Security Strategy:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and update the company's information security strategy.

  • Educate and train staff on information system security best practices.

• Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

  • Proven experience in a security developer or similar role (a PLUS)

  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.

  • Experience with network and system security tools, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, anti-malware, and encryption.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.

  • Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools.
