Job Summary:
We seek a Security Developer to develop, execute, and monitor security measures for our information systems and networks. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in cybersecurity concepts, capable of creating and implementing solid security plans, and able to explain security needs and solutions clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Measures:
Develop, execute, and monitor the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and computer systems.
Security Strategy and Architecture:
Design and build comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and architecture.
System Security Requirements:
Identify, define, and document system security requirements.
Recommend security solutions to management.
Infrastructure Maintenance:
Configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware.
Software Installation:
Install software that monitors systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions.
Monitoring and Prevention:
Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.
Information Security Strategy:
Plan, develop, implement, and update the company's information security strategy.
Educate and train staff on information system security best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
Proven experience in a security developer or similar role (a PLUS)
Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
Experience with network and system security tools, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, anti-malware, and encryption.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.
Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools.
