We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator preferably with bookkeeping experience and proficiency in QuickBooks to join our team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks while ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will support office operations, maintain financial data, and assist in budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
Handles and assists billing and collection process.
Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems.
Support HR-related tasks such as employee records and onboarding coordination.
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
Ensure and assist in compliance with tax regulations and company policies
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of tax filing and financial reporting is a plus.
