What you will be doing:
- Assist digital and social media team in building social media strategy using competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Report and edit social media tools.
- Assist in setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Assist in continuously improving account positions by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information

Requirements
- Degree or non-degree holder in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Visual Design, Fine Arts, MultiMedia, Psychology, or any related field of study.
- Open to taking on creative challenges
- Has a passion for research, creative writing, blogging, and digital marketing in general
- Adept in using the different social media platforms
- Insightful and Perceptive
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Adept in customer service
- Works well under pressure
